9-2-5: OBEDIENCE TO POLICE OFFICERS:
Any person who fails or refuses to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer of the City, or any other officer of Idaho County or the State of Idaho, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 832, 9-4-2007)
