9-2-1: APPLICABILITY OF REGULATIONS:

The provisions of this title shall apply to the operation of all vehicles upon the streets, alleys and places within the City. It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required herein. (Ord. 832, 9-4-2007)
