There is hereby adopted, as a formal mandatory policy for driveway approaches the following manual: "Use of Public Right of Way Standard Approach Policy". Said manual is produced by the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council of 1334 Grace Street, Boise, Idaho 83703-5836, this being the 1995 Edition.
This policy manual shall be followed for all driveway approaches of all types that may be designed and built within the City in the future.
The City Clerk shall keep at least three (3) copies of said policy manual on file in the City Hall at all times. (Ord. 701, 7-7-1997)
