Any person aggrieved by the action of the Public Works Superintendent, or his designate, may appeal to the City Council by delivering written notice to the City Clerk. The City shall set the matter at the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting for hearing. The City Council shall make a decision within thirty (30) days of the hearing, and submit the same unto the appellant. In the event the appellant is still dissatisfied with the City Council's decision, an appeal to the District Court may at that time be had. (Ord. 630, 7-15-1991)
