8-3-4: PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT, DUTIES:
The Public Works Superintendent of the City, or his designated agent, shall be the person responsible for the regular review of all trees and shrubs which are subject to the provisions of this Chapter, with final authority being with the City Council. (Ord. 630, 7-15-1991)
