It shall be unlawful to inter, bury, place or deposit the remains of a dead human body in a columbarium, crypt, grave, niche, sepulcher, tomb or vault within the City of Grangeville unless said remains are deposited in a duly organized cemetery district in accordance with Idaho law, or in a cemetery or mausoleum owned, operated, and under the management and control of the City of Grangeville or otherwise authorized by the City of Grangeville.
