It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain a junk vehicle, vehicles, or parts thereof, or junked or abandoned furniture, appliances, trailers, campers or other similar junked or abandoned articles or materials, on residential property or business property exposed to the public view for a period of more than thirty (30) days.
