Pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code 50-453 as amended, the polls at all general and special City elections shall be opened at twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on election day and remain open until all registered voters of that precinct have voted or until eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of the same day, whichever occurs first.
