There shall be imposed by the City retroactive to the date of January 1, 1965, no trailer coach fee charged to each applicant for licenses required hereunder. However, a license and application therefor must be made in accordance with the terms of this Chapter. All licenses so issued shall expire on December 31 of each year. (Ord. 372, 1-11-1965)
