Applications for a trailer court license shall be filed with and issued by the City Clerk. Application shall be in writing signed by the applicant and shall contain the following:
A. The name and address of the applicant.
B. The location and legal description of the trailer court.
C. Such further information as may be requested by the Governing Body to enable it to determine if the proposed location will comply with legal requirements, including a sketch or plot plan designating numbered trailer spaces.
No change or alteration in the plot plan shall be made without first making a written application for such change or alteration to the Governing Body and receiving a written permit therefrom.
The Governing Body shall investigate the location and if it is found to be in compliance with all provisions of this chapter and all other applicable chapters or statutes, application may be approved. (1959 Code)
