5-8-9: STATE OPERATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall operate a vehicle licensed hereunder upon the streets of the City, and no person who owns or controls a vehicle licensed hereunder shall permit it to be operated upon the streets of the City unless the driver for such vehicle shall have first obtained a State of Idaho operator's license for the operation of taxicabs or vehicles for hire. (Ord. 706, 10-20-1997)
