§ 10-9-6 WATER SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS.

(A) When filling the pool, either a vacuum breaker or suitable backflow prevention device shall be installed on the outside faucet, or an air gap shall be maintained between the hose outlet water flow and the surface of the pool water.

(B) This section shall not apply to juvenile pools.
