§ 10-9-4 POOL LOCATION.
   (A)   Swimming pools shall be permitted in single-family residential zones only.
   (B)   All swimming pools shall be at least six feet from lot lines with no projection into or over easements.
   (C)   All swimming pools shall be located a minimum of ten feet horizontally from all overhead power carrying wires.
   (D)   Swimming pools and appurtenant equipment shall not be permitted in any front yard.
