(A) It shall be unlawful to proceed with the construction, installation, enlargement, or alteration of a swimming pool within the village without a permit. Each application for a permit shall include a Pool Site Plan, a set of plans and drawings which shall be drawn to scale. All distances and dimensions shall be accurately figured and drawings shall be explicit and complete.
(B) A Pool Site Plan shall include the following:
(1) Description of pool shape and size;
(2) Location of pool in reference to property lines, principal building, and accessory structures;
(3) Locations and heights of enclosure fences;
(4) Location of overhead power lines and distance to pool; and
(5) Location of electrical and pump/filter.
(C) A permit shall not be required for a juvenile pool.
