§ 8-6-99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates this chapter shall be punished by a fine of no less than $50 and no more than $500 for each violation, together with the actual cost of trimming or removal which may be occasioned by each offense. Additionally, any person who violates § 8-6-2 shall be liable to the village and to any other person or entity for any damages proximately caused by such violation.
