505.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person who violates Sections 505.04; 505.05; 505.06; or 505.07 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The penalty for subsequent violations of the same offense within one calendar year of conviction or bond forfeiture shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
 
   (b)   Any person who violates Sections 505.11; 505.21(f)(1)A.; or 505.21(f)(2)A. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
 
   (c)   Any person who violates Sections 505.21(f)(1)B.; or 505.21(f)(2)B. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
 
   (d)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
 
   (e)   Each calendar day that any violation of this chapter is repeated or continued shall constitute a separate offense.
