Each and every violation of the provision of these rule and regulation shall constitute a separate offense. Violation of these rule and regulation is punishable by Ohio R.C. 3707.00 (c) which is as follows:
“Whoever violates Section 3707.48 of the Ohio Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.”
