§ 155.183 FLOOR AREA REGULATIONS.
   (A)   A single-family dwelling shall have a minimum floor area of 900 square feet.
   (B)   Every two-family dwelling shall have a minimum floor area of 1,500 square feet.
   (C)   Every multiple dwelling shall have a minimum floor area of 1,800 square feet.
