§ 155.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted, or maintained, or any building, structure, or land is used in violation of this chapter, the proper authorities of the municipality, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent such unlawful erection, maintenance, or use, or to enjoin, restrain, correct, or abate such violation, to prevent the occupancy of said building, structure or land or to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises.
   (C)   Any person guilty of a violation of § 155.250 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 and shall be subject to payment of all costs to enjoin the construction.
   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 155.285 through 155.287 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which violation occurs or continues.
