(A) A lot on which there is erected a single-family dwelling must comply with regulations described in § 155.089.
(B) A lot on which a multiple dwelling is erected or converted shall contain an area of not less than 5,000 square feet per family.
(C) When a lot has less than required for a single-family dwelling and was of record at the time of the passage of this chapter, that lot may be used for one single-family dwelling.
