§ 155.071 USE REGULATIONS.
   A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (A)   Agricultural activity;
   (B)   Church;
   (C)   Golf course except miniature courses or driving range;
   (D)   Greenhouse or nursery;
   (E)   Home occupations;
   (F)   Park or forest preserve;
   (G)   Public school, elementary and high, or private school, having a curriculum equivalent to a public elementary or public high school and having no rooms regularly used for housing or sleeping purposes;
   (H)   Railroad rights-of-way, including a strip of land with tracks and auxiliary facilities for track operations;
   (I)   Roadside stand for the display or sale of agricultural products raised on the premises;
   (J)   Single-family dwelling;
   (K)   Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work, which buildings shall be removed upon completion or abandonment of construction work;
   (L)   Temporary signs pertaining to the lease, hire, or sale of a building or premises on which such sign is located; and
   (M)   Accessory buildings and uses, including customary church bulletin boards or identification signs not exceeding 30 square feet in area pertaining to the lease, hire, or sale of the premises upon which same are located.
