§ 152.075 NEWSPAPER OR PERIODICAL STANDS; LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use sidewalks within the village for the sale of newspapers or other periodicals, except those carried on the person or sold from stands to be located on the curb line and not to exceed a depth of four feet and a width of six feet along the line of the curb. Such stands shall not exceed five feet in height.
   (B)   No such newspaper stands shall be maintained or operated unless the owner thereof shall have first obtained a license from the village as provided in §§ 110.01 through 110.04. The village shall not issue any such license unless the party making application shall have the consent in writing of the abutting owner, occupant, or lessee.
