Any person or persons desiring a license from the village shall pay the amount required for such license together with his, her, or their written application and bond, where bond is required, shall be filed in the office of the Village Clerk. Such application shall be personally signed by the person or persons desiring such license and shall state the purpose and time for which such license is desired, and the place where the business for which the license is sought is to be conducted.
