§ 152.074 PEANUT AND CANDY STANDS; LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or expose for sale from any stand, cart, or wagon erected or placed upon any street, alley, or sidewalk within the village any candies, peanuts, or the like without having first obtained a license to so do as provided in §§ 110.01 through 110.04.
