§ 131.47 AUTHORIZED USE OF CANNABIS.

The provisions set forth in § 131.46, shall not apply to those persons authorized to possess and/or use cannabis in those amounts as otherwise permitted by the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act (410 ILCS 130) or the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (410 ILCS 705).
