§ 131.46 POSSESSION UNLAWFUL.

It is unlawful for any person to knowingly possess ten grams or less of any substance containing cannabis or to possess drug paraphernalia unless permitted or otherwise authorized to do so pursuant to the Cannabis Control Act (720 ILCS 550/1 et seq.).
