Each application for an operator’s license hereunder shall be accompanied by the annual fee as assessed by the Board of Trustees for each machine. Said annual operator’s license fee shall be paid to the Village Clerk of the village. The village reserves the right to reject any and all applications for an operator’s license hereunder or for the renewal of any operator’s license previously issued by the village and upon any such rejection, the license fee paid by the applicant shall be returned.
