§ 113.49 PERMITTING VIOLATIONS OF LOCAL ORDINANCES OR RULES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee, in the conduct of his, her, or their business, to commit, suffer, or permit, through himself or herself, agent, servant, or employee, a violation of a village ordinance. Every act or omission of whatsoever nature constituting a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any other chapter, by an officer, director, shareholder, associate, representative, agent, or employee of any licensee, shall be deemed and held to be an act of the employer or licensee and the employer or licensee shall be punishable in the same manner as if the act or omission had been done or omitted by him, her, or them personally.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to suffer or permit a violation of any rule or regulation of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
