Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. Additionally, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall have the power to revoke, non-renew, or suspend licenses granted under this chapter pursuant to its provisions.
