§ 113.45 DISPLAY OF UNDERAGE DRINKING WARNING SIGNS.
   Every holder of a retail license, whether the license sells or offers for sale alcoholic liquors for use or consumption on or off the licensed premises, shall cause a sign with the appropriately dated message, “It’s the law your birthday must be on or before today’s date in [appropriate year to be inserted here] to be sold or served alcoholic beverages on these premises, be prepared to show proof of age,” to be framed and hung in plain view. The sign shall be a minimum of eight and one-half inches by 11 inches.
