§ 113.44 DISPLAY OF BIRTH DEFECT WARNING SIGNS.
   Every holder of a retail license, whether the licensee sells or offers for sale alcoholic liquors for use or consumption on or off the licensed premises, shall cause a sign with the message, “Government Warning: According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects,” to be framed and hung in plain view. The sign shall be a minimum of eight and one-half inches by 11 inches.
