§ 113.23 BOND.
   (A)   Every person desiring a license to sell alcoholic liquor under the provisions of this chapter shall file, with the application, a bond payable to the village in the penal sum of $1,000, signed by a surety company qualified to do business in the state.
   (B)   The bond shall be conditioned upon:
      (1)   The observance of the provisions of this chapter; and
      (2)   The applicant’s/licensee’s agreement to pay to the village all fines and costs recovered against the applicant/licensee under the provisions of this chapter and any and all other ordinances regulating the sale of alcoholic liquors now in effect or as may be adopted.
