§ 94.46 STORAGE; LICENSE AND APPLICATION.
   (A)   It is unlawful to engage in the business of storing liquefied petroleum gases in the village without first having secured a license therefor.
   (B)   Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall conform to the general provisions of the ordinances relating to business licenses. The annual fee for such license shall be as assessed by the Board of Trustees.
   (C)   No such license shall be issued unless the premises and equipment thereon to be used in such activity are in full compliance with the standards prescribed by the N.B.F.U. and it is unlawful to conduct or operate such activity unless all buildings and equipment used in connection therewith, comply with the standards prescribed by the N.B.F.U.
