§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 94.01 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750, plus court costs, for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.15 through 94.22 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 94.23 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (E)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.35 through 94.38 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (F)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.39 through 94.47 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
