(A) Application. Application for the permit required by § 94.36 shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall be accompanied by two copies of drawings or blueprints and shall contain all of the information applicable to the proposed installation which is required by the department of public safety and the state’s EPA, under its rules for the approval of plans. Two copies of the plan as submitted to the department of public safety and the state’s EPA and certified thereto as being such copies, shall be sufficient compliance with this section.
(B) Permit; fee. The fee for a permit to install any such tank or tanks shall be as assessed by the Board of Trustees and shall be paid to the Village Clerk at the time of filing an application for permit.
