§ 94.19 STORAGE; LABELS AND PACKING.
   (A)   No explosive shall be stored anywhere in the village unless such explosive is properly labeled and packaged. All boxes or containers in which explosives containing nitroclycerine are packaged must be lined with suitable material that is impervious to liquid nitroglycerine. No explosive shall be kept or stored in the village unless it is packed in the manner prescribed by the regulations of the Interstate Commerce Commission for packing of such explosives for shipment on common carriers.
   (B)   No unpackaged or loose dynamite, not in cartridges, shall be stored or kept in the village unless the nitroglycerine content of such dynamite is less than 10% by weight.
