(A) Applicants for such license shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall conform to the provisions of the ordinances of the village relative to license applications. Each application shall set forth the location at which such explosives are to be in bulk, barrels, cannister, cartridges, or other manner, and the maximum amount to be kept on hand at any one time.
(B) The annual fee for such license shall be as assessed by the Board of Trustees.
