§ 72.30 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle, shall not attach the same or himself, herself, or themself to any streetcar or moving vehicle upon any roadway.
