§ 72.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any provisions of §§ 72.01 through 72.17 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 and shall be pay all court assessments and costs.
