§ 53.04 DUMPING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

It is unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any person or entity to throw, place, dump, or deposit garbage on lots, vacant or occupied, driveways, or other private property, whether such premises are owned or occupied by the person or entity so offending of not.
