(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 132.30 through 132.38, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. If within one year of the offense the offender has pled guilty or been convicted of a violation of this subchapter, such offense is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The penalty shall be as provided in § 130.99.
