§ 132.38 RECORDS.
   All records required to be maintained pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be considered confidential in order to protect the minor involved and shall be available for inspection only by the Mayor of the village, the legal officer of the village, if the legal officer is called upon to prosecute any charges under the provisions of this subchapter, the members of the Police Department of the village, the County Sheriff’s Department, and the Judge and administrative personnel of the County Juvenile Court. In addition, the records shall be available for inspection by the parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian of the minor, or the attorney for the parent, legal guardian, legal custodian, or minor charged under the provisions of this subchapter.
