§ 132.36 ADULT CULPABILITY CONDITIONAL ON WARNING.
   Any parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian who is found to be in violation of this subchapter, and who has been given the warning provided for in § 132.35, and whose minor child is thereafter found in violation of this subchapter, shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 132.99.
