§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 93.14 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 130.99.
