§ 31.061 APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER IF CHARTER ADOPTED.
   Sections 31.050 through 31.061 will not apply to the municipality if and when it adopts its own Charter containing an initiative and referendum provision for its own ordinances and other legislative measures.
