§ 90.17 TRIMMING, PRUNING, AND REMOVAL; AUTHORITY OF MAYOR.
   The Mayor, as the duly authorized representative of the village, may cause to be trimmed, pruned, and/or removed any trees, shrubs, plants, or other vegetation in any public street or public place, or may require any property owner to trim, prune, or remove any trees, shrubs, plants, or other vegetation in a street abutting upon the owner’s property. Failure to comply therewith after 30 days’ notice by the Mayor shall be deemed to be a violation of this subchapter.
