SECTION 2108 SPECIAL LAND USE EXPANSIONS.

The expansion, change in activity, reuse or redevelopment of any use requiring a Special Land Use Permit shall require resubmittal in manner described in this Article. A separate Special Land Use Permit shall be required for use requiring Special Land Use review on a lot, or for any expansions of a Special Land Use which has not previously received a Special Land Use Permit.
