This chapter, formerly titled “BOCA National Fire Prevention Code”, a codification of Ordinance 239, passed January 8, 1997, was repealed in its entirety and re-titled “International Fire Code” upon the adoption of Ordinance 01-02, passed August 8, 2001, codified herein. Ordinance 01-02 was repealed in its entirety by Ordinance 05-02, passed August 10, 2005, codified herein.
