(a) The International Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1610.01, is hereby revised as follows:
Section 101.1 Insert: City of Grand Blanc.
Section 109.3 Insert: Misdemeanor, five hundred dollars ($500.00), 90 days.
Section 111.4 Insert: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(b) All inspections and maintenance reports required to be furnished to the Fire Department by the code shall be electronically forwarded to the Fire Department using the designated online reporting system approved by the fire code official or authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). Any company doing inspection and maintenance (as well as all occupancies that have a fire protection system installed) shall be required to register with the designated online reporting system.
