Class B $100,001 - $500,000 | $1,000.00 |
Class C $500,001 - $1,000,000 | $1,000.00 plus $1,500.00 per every $100,000.00 over $500,000.00 |
Class D $1,000,001 and above | $8,500.00 plus $1,000.00 per every $100,000.00 over $1,000,000.00 |
B. Scope: The fees cover all planning and permitting reviews and inspections. The City Council of the City of Grafton reserves the right to modify any portion of the Building Codes including the building fees. (Ord. 752, 11-16-2021)
